• Critical items (safety category): AQL = 0, zero tolerance, reject the entire batch if any item is non-compliant

• General items (appearance/minor defects): AQL = 2.5
• For high-risk products such as children's equipment and parkour: 100% inspection for critical items
Natural light / standard light source, the site is clean, testing tools (calipers, tape measures, tension gauges, hardness testers, scratchers, feeler gauges, etc.) are regularly calibrated.
• If there is 1 critical nonconformity: The entire batch is judged as nonconforming.
• If important items or general items exceed the AQL range: The entire batch is judged as nonconforming.
• Nonconforming products are uniformly isolated, marked, and processed according to the procedures for rework / scrapping / return.
Appearance No cracks, deformations, bends, sand holes, rust, burrs, sharp edges on the surface. The cross-section is smooth, with no flash, and the inner wall of the pipe has no obvious debris or rust.
Dimensions & wall thickness The external dimensions, pipe diameter, and wall thickness comply with the tolerance requirements of the drawings, and the measured deviations do not exceed ±0.5mm.
Material & performance. • Check the material certificate and material designation, ensuring they are consistent with the procurement requirements.
• The hardness and load-bearing basic performance of the pipes meet the standards, and there is no substandard material substitution.
• Coating layer (galvanization / spray coating substrate)
• The galvanization layer is uniform, without missing coating, peeling, or black spots.
Appearance Smooth surface, no damage, chips, color difference, stains, or odor.
Specifications Length, width, and thickness deviation ≤ ±3mm; density and resilience meet technical requirements.
Environmental Requirements No irritating odor; harmful substance content meets national standards; environmental testing report provided.
Appearance: No snags, holes, color differences, stains, or broken threads; stitching is neat and strong.
Performance: Abrasion resistance and tensile strength meet standards; webbing is not loose or cracked.
Environmental Protection: No odor; flame retardant and harmful substance indicators comply with regulations.
Appearance: No stripping, deformation, rust, or plating peeling.
Specifications: Model, thread pitch, and length match the drawings; threads are smooth and without jamming.
Assembly: Screws in smoothly; does not loosen or strip after tightening.
Adhesive: Batch consistent; no lumps or deterioration; accompanied by a certificate of conformity and test report. Environmental protection indicators, adhesion, and weather resistance meet requirements.
•The weld seams are full, uniform, without voids, missed welds, slag inclusion, pores, cracks (key items).
•The welding slag and splashes are thoroughly cleaned. There are no sharp protrusions at the welding site.
•After frame welding, the overall shape is square, the diagonal deviation is ≤ 3mm, and there is no distortion.
•The paint film is smooth and flat, without run-off, pinholes, bubbles, exposed base, color difference, or scratches.
•Adhesion test: Grid method test, the paint film in the grid does not fall off.
•Edges and inner sides have no missed spraying, and the color is consistent with the sample / color card.
•All accessories are complete, the model matches, there is no wrong installation or missed installation (key items).
•All connecting parts and screws are locked in place. The product does not loosen or make abnormal sounds when shaken.
•The moving parts open and close smoothly, the locking and limiting functions are normal, and there is no sticking.
•Children / Sports Equipment: The edges are all rounded, R ≥ 3mm, without sharp corners or burrs.
•Dangerous Clearance: No gaps within the range of 8mm to 18mm are allowed. Anti-collision hand and limb protection.
•The gaps of exposed rods and connection points comply with safety standards.
•The entire machine is clean and tidy, without dents, scratches, peeling paint, or stains.
•The colors of all parts are uniform, and the joint gaps are uniform and aesthetically pleasing.
•The labels, logos, and warning stickers are properly attached, firmly fixed, and the handwriting is clear.
•The overall shape and key installation dimensions of the machine comply with th e drawings. There is no skew or deformation.
•The deviation of symmetrical components from each other is ≤ 2mm.
•Static load test: Apply 1.5 times the rated load, maintain pressure for 30 seconds, without deformation, cracking, or weld detachment.
•There is no abnormal noise or loosening after the frame and supporting parts are under load.
•For high-intensity equipment such as parkour and physical training equipment, additional reciprocating fatigue tests are conducted.
•The moving, folding, flipping, and sliding activities of the structural components operate smoothly and accurately.
•The locking mechanisms, clasps, and adjustment devices are securely locked and do not loosen under force.
•The foot pads and anti-slip pads are firmly installed, placed stably on the ground, and there is no shaking.
•The entire machine has no sharp edges, burrs, or sharp edges.
•The protective covers, anti-collision parts, and anti-slip parts are complete and intact.
•The safety warning words, instructions for use, and certificate of conformity are complete and standardized.
•The quantity of matching parts, tools, instructions, and certificates of conformity is complete.
•The inner packaging is shockproof and moisture-proof, and the product is not displaced or damaged by friction.
Verify the product batch, model, quantity, and customer order information to ensure consistency between the goods and the order.
Randomly inspect the appearance, assembly, and functions of the finished products, and recheck the key safety items.
Check the outer packaging: the box is intact, the labels are clear, the stacking is standardized, and the measures for moisture and shock protection are in place.
The accompanying documents (certificate of conformity, test report, warranty card) are complete.
Determine non-conformity: Prohibit shipment and return for rework and re-inspection.
Minor Non-conformity (General Items) Minor scratches on the surface, slight color difference, can be repaired on-site and re-inspected for qualification and then transferred.
Serious Non-conformity (Important Items) Assembly misalignment, functional abnormalities, excessive dimensions, entire batch needs to be reworked, review the process.
Fatal Non-conformity (Critical Items) Weld seam cracking, structural deformation, sharp corners, violation of safety clearance, directly scrap / return the entire batch, initiate abnormal rectification and traceability.
