1. Before every workout, check whether the hook‑and‑loop fasteners and zippers are well fastened.
2. Lay the flat mat on level, smooth ground, avoid deployment on sharp, coarse ground that may scratch the PVC surface.
3. Do not expose the cushion under long‑time blazing sunlight, in case the outer‑layer material ages prematurely.
4. Wipe away sweat and dirt timely after training; stop using the mat once the outer cover suffers severe tearing.
